Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EMBRACEYBB Clothing Line LLC.  Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.  The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Due to potential delays with the postal service or COVID related issues would be out of our control.    

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.  The couriers we will use are UPS or FedEx.  We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the U.S.   

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its' status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fashion@embraceybb.com with your name and order number.  We will immediately look into it for you.

Damages

EMBRACEYBB Clothing Line will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
